Curry Veggie Marinade

prep time: 15 minutes | cooking time: 20 minutes | makes 4 servings
I have been experimenting with marinades, just made this one up recently.
Equipment:
An oven grill, or stovetop grill pan or outdoor grill

Ingredients
4 chopped garlic cloves
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon wine vinegar
2 - 3 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 cup water or oj
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. thai chili paste or red chili paste
2 tbsp. chopped cilantro
some sesame seeds if you like

Directions
Combine everything in a bowl.

Pour over your choice of vegetables ( about 4 cups worth ), allow to marinate for as long as you can.

Grill on both sides.

I have used this on carrots, onions, red peppers, potatoes (boil to soften a bit before grilling). Eggplant and other veggies would be great too.
