Cashew-Coconut Snack

Snack eaten warm or cooled. The only thing to think about is what sweetener to use.
Equipment:
knife, pan or wok

Ingredients
1T peanut oil
2T honey substitute (just-like-honey, agave, brown rice syrup)
2C cashews, raw and unsalted
1 1/3C coconut, dry, shredded, and unsweetened
2 chillis, seeded and finely chopped
salt and fresh black pepper
a bit of lime juice (optional)

Directions
1 heat oil
2 add honey and mix
3 add coconut and cashews. mix well. stir-fry until golden.
4 add chillis. add salt and pepper to taste. a bit of lime juice is optional; you should add just enough to get the flavor. mix well and serve (warm or cooled).
