I made these a few weeks ago. So, so good. Mine never rose all the way though. They were like mini-bagels…but probably b/c I used all whole wheat pastry flour instead of AP.

Them bagels look so tasty! Especially that everything bagel lol.

  9. Taymer Says:

I made these just now and they are great and so tasty. I had to stop myself from going back. This taste better than the ny style bagels I tasted in May. My only issue and I am not being picky is the wrinkles on it. I think I need to leave them in the oven instead of shocking them with the temp change?Other than that you have a winner NY should give u an award for this one as you have made them proud.

    Mmmmm YUM!

I made your bagels this past weekend. They were great! I have a stand mixer with a dough hook, so it was super easy.

Thank you for creating so many easy and impressive recipes!

I was in Portland, Seattle and Victoria in early June and had the grossest bagels of my life. You really must be missing Brooklyn when it comes to bagels! You can probably make a fortune just having a decent bagel shop there! If only we had more vegan donuts here…
