Not only was it the greasiest, yummiest, most comforting recipe I've ever encountered, it was also really simple and easy. I am glad I used dark beerl like the recipe calls for; it was very flavourful. AND... my British-raised (albeit open-minded) boyfriend said it was BETTER than fish. You're amazing Isa!! I just bought it last night and i tried the pancake recipie this morning for my dad! every other vegan pancake recipe that i have made has been a flop!...usually raw and burnt and a little rubbery. not a good combination! these ones are scruptious:) thank you for the recipies and your inspiration:) hey Isa i just want to let you know that your new vegan brunch book is amazing.
