Is there going to be a Vegan Brunch Launch party in Portland? We can get the press out, and you’ll end up on the front page of WW flipping omelets!

hey Isa i just want to let you know that your new vegan brunch book is amazing. I just bought it last night and i tried the pancake recipie this morning for my dad! every other vegan pancake recipe that i have made has been a flop!…usually raw and burnt and a little rubbery. not a good combination! these ones are scruptious:) thank you for the recipies and your inspiration:)

I made the beer-battered tofu. Not only was it the greasiest, yummiest, most comforting recipe I’ve ever encountered, it was also really simple and easy. I am glad I used dark beerl like the recipe calls for; it was very flavourful.
AND… my British-raised (albeit open-minded) boyfriend said it was BETTER than fish.
You’re amazing Isa!! This book is changing my life, mwahaha.

I also made the lemon cashew crepes with blackberry sauce for my picky omni mother. She loved them!
I had never made or even eaten crepes before and it definitely won’t be the last time.

Your dishes are scrummy……been a long term veggie but had flitted in and out of veganism, Your books are a great addition to my cook book shelf, I have taken the plunge and decided on fulltime vegan and my wonderful partner has jumped on board too, we have a 3 month old daughter who will understand all things veggie esp where meat comes from and all animal related issues x Thanks for writing these books they fill me with inspiration x
