Hi all - i'm a new vegan and need help. Where does one buy curry leaves? I live in new mexico, and although we're a little backwater here, i'm trying to find ways to buy some of these more exotic ingredients. Also, thanks for the awesome cookbooks! Vegan with a vengeance is my new bible. Can't wait to get Veganomicon!

Thanks you guys for watching our show and writing such kind and enthusiastic comments about it. Kanaga's 'not chicken' recipe is very versatile, you can use TVP, seitan, or other sorts of foe chicken if you like. I've even made it with mushrooms instead of 'not chicken' and its great. xx
