I loved those links — thanks! I’ve listened to Simon and Garfunkel and “not really known why” so that made me laugh too hard. I’ve got a vegan food blog now, too. Check it one day!

I can’t believe there are other people who hate celery! I thought I was the only one. Everyone gives me wierd looks. Veganomicon is on it’s way to arriving o my doorstep and I can’t wait!!

I’m with Carla - celery is tolerable in soups and other cooked things. The only possible way I might take it raw is in a tofu egg or tempeh salad.

I’m on my period and I listened to a Paul Simon album today!!!!
