BUT... as someone who is off certain foods for allergy reasons i have to know... how do you suggest dealing with the fact that it seems to be impossible to find vegan stuff that's also peanut/nut safe. is this just way too much to ask? the healthier, more organic, and local I look, the less likely I seem to be to find this particular constellation of food safety needs. any thoughts? yum… BUT… as someone who is off certain foods for allergy reasons i have to know… how do you suggest dealing with the fact that it seems to be impossible to find vegan stuff that’s also peanut/nut safe. is this just way too much to ask? the healthier, more organic, and local I look, the less likely I seem to be to find this particular constellation of food safety needs.

I thought maybe they were selling your cupcakes. I bought a copy of Veganomicon from you! I had a light green shirt on and took a photo with Isa. I have already made the baked potato soup, chickpea cutlets and I have the moussaka ready to go for tonight's dinner. Everything has been oh my god delicious so far.
