I started simple and made the fluffy vanilla cupcakes with choc. chips and chocolate buttercream frosting. OMG!!!!! These were soooooo goood! I gave a bunch of them away, so I'm headed downstairs to make another batch to stay home this time! Thanks for your dedication...can't wait to try more recipes! P.S. I use Vegan with a Vengeance all the time, too! Just bought this book because my husband (not a veg YET) LOVES cupcakes, and it was our anniversary.
