I’l be making my first vegan cupcakes tonight! My veggie daughter and not so veggie husband share a birthday. Guess who’s most excited about the cupcakes.

In New Orleans this past Saturday, a jazz funeral and vegan cupcake give-a-way was held in honor of Helen Hill, who was murdered a couple of months ago. Vegan Cupcakes Take over the World was like a bible to us and others. FYI.
As my 10-year-old might say, Vegan cupcakes rule!

I just wanted to say how much the Vegan Cupcakes Cookbook rocks. I’ve been waiting for it for about two months and it finally arrived today!! (The day AFTER my birthday)
