Fizzle You Are Redonkulous!
Since “redonkulous” will be retired in 2007 I figured I would use it one last time. Here is Fizzle disrupting my cupcake photo shoot. These are jelly donut cupcakes. Just when we thought it was over VegNews asked us to give them 5 new cupcake recipes for their April issue so back to cupcake liners we go.
The photo shoot went okay, anyways. As for the cupcakes themselves, they tasted just like donuts! And the dollop of jam that is baked into them gives them a donut appearance. So operation jelly donut cupcake was a smashing success even if Fizzle tried to sabotage.

Hi: Where do I find the recipe for these jelly donut cupcakes? I went through my VCRtheW cookbook and did not find them there. Will I need to wait for the April issue of the VegNews? Thanks.

Hi Starla, they will be in VegNews. But as soon as testing is done on them I will post the recipe - if you’re nice!

Wait! It’s almost April. Is VegNews already out with the new cupcake recipes??? I must know! I love your cupcakes; have made almost all the recipes from Vegan Cupcakes. Please let me know how to find them!

I just checked the April issue of Vegnews and couldn’t find your cupcake recipes… Are they still coming? Maybe next issue? …I was so excited, but now I’m so sad because they’re not there. Life can be really hard, you know?
