I still don't know how to syndicate my cupcakes blog posts with livejournal so I am just going to direct you over there. If a kind soul could tell me how to do it I would be forever in your debt.

Things have been out of control busy over at PPK headquarters. We are working on our next cookbook which is shaping up to be absolutely delicious and we're doing a gazillion things for Vegan Cupcakes. We are also planning a new PPK episode (finally). And of course in true punk fashion we have our awful day jobs.

But take note that Vegan Cupcakes came out earlier this month and then Democrats won the House and Senate. We can't take all the credit, but we can take most of it, even if we voted Green Party.

Etsy is like Ebay only more tastefully designed and peddling only handmade things. Look at this adorable cupcake apron made from recycled fabrics. I used to not wear an apron when I was baking but then my pants ended up looking like a bra at the Michigan Womyn’s Music Fest. I’ve never actually been to that, I can only imagine. See, because womyn roll around in the mud there in nothing but bras.

It’s time to come to Brooklyn, watch some bands, drink some beers and meet the cupcake of your dreams. Come on, you’ve been in that slump for awhile and the cupcake isn’t going to come to you! You’re not getting any younger, you know.

This is the party we are throwing for you, dear reader. As a thank you for supporting us, drooling with us, inspiring us and laughing at us not with us.

We cupcatered an office party in midtown Manhattan today. Highlights included a freight elevator and a real live water cooler. Thanks to Rebecca Bent, our lovely photographer in VCTOW, for these pretty shots.

This video is from May. Josh, the magazine mogul from Herbivore (as if everyone doesn’t know who Josh is*) filmed it and I guess edited it, too, but I use that term lightly.

I was in Portland signing Vegan with a Vengeance and handing out cupcakes at Food Fight. At about a minute thirty the cupcakes kick in.

This is from a photography exhibit in Australia called “Shoot the Chef.” A full, multicolored cupcake gown. I wonder if they have that in a size 14?
