Night of 300 Cupcakes: Full Report
Thanks to everyone that came out Saturday night! I apologize for calling you stupid for not knowing the answers to my trivia questions. I get testy when people don’t know the full subtleties of Estelle Getty’s body of work and the moons of Mars.
It was so awesome to see everyone and I didn’t get time to talk to everyone I wanted to, which I guess is an indication of a good night.
Here are some photos, my camera battery ended up dying so the part where we wrestled in a vat of frosting didn’t make it to film. Another indicator of a good night.

Oh man, I don’t know if I can wait til Christmas to get my copy of VCTOTW! I’ll resist though, my booty will thank me for it.

I have a dear friend who is highly lactose intolerant … the vegan cupcake book looks like a fabulous gift idea for her this year!!!!

OH MY! Nov. 13 = my 26th birthday, and guess what my superduper boyfriend got me… what i lovingly refer to as “the cupcake book” those recipes are INTENSE. i can’t wait for to try them out, but i think i will have to invest in a fancy piping tip so i can make them goreous like yours!
ps. thanks so much for the couple of gluten free recipes, it’s nice not to have to gluten-free-ize all the recipes myself!

What a sumptuous feast of photos! Thanks for the visual repast. You rock! I am waiting for my copy of “Vegan with a Vengance” from Amazon. Now, though, I think I’ll need to get the cupcake book as well. Is the jelly donut recipe included?
