I love veganism.

I love veganism.
I'm going to be in Minneapolis on April 22nd doing some cooking demo type thing so if you are in love with me now would be a good time to mark it on your calendars. And then I'll be in Portland in May something doing something at Food Fight Grocery. I know it sounds vague but now you know how it feels to be me. I'll post details as it becomes clear.
But for now I leave you with cupcakes, as usual.

If you have Vegan with a Vengeance, the Fig Not-In doubles wonderfully as Hamantaschen dough. As caught on camera by ijustdiedinside at the PPK forums.

Jewish marching band not included.
I was taking pictures of this chocolate mint cupcake when my kitty Avocado decided to get into the action. I swear that I didn't exploit her with promises of college tuition and controlling her own destiny. She took this set because she wanted to and she can leave anytime she wants.

I've mentioned Vegan Cooking School before but now I mention it even more hardcore because Tracy has used the Vegan with a Vengeance recipe for Blueberry Coffecake on her latest episode. Go listen to it!
Ignore the fact that I tried to adjust the contrast in Photoshop and made it look neon. I'm too lazy to do anything about it.
Police brutality against punks is at an all time high. Finally someone caught it on tape. If you don't want to watch the video (it is explicit) then here's the play by play:
- Punks marching down the street singing/dancing, Sham 69 style.
- Punks can-canning (I know it's not traditional but that's ok, punk is about having fun)
- Punks form human pyramid in front of oppressive townhouse
- Then, a cop comes by swinging his club and gets totally abusive.
So watch it if you can stomach the violence. Thanks to lulabelle on the PPK boards for bringing it to our attention.
Found on my MySpace. Emerill with a Vengeance.
